Through its partnerships with Houston area churches and international ministries, EFI has established four small community farms in Kenya, South Africa and Zimbabwe.

We congratulate our newest class of Certified Chicken Farmers who recently completed their training while building a new chicken coop in the village of Imbizo, Zimbabwe. Chicks have been delivered, a new business is being developed and lives are being changed forever.

A special thanks goes to Abe DeFin of TEND International, our implementation partner in South Africa. Through TEND's "on site" efforts, and Abe's educational training programs, our farms have become sustainable micro economic ventures which have blessed many throughout the continent of Africa.
